Pickup: free, at a place in Addis Ababa we agree with you, by appointment.
Outside Addis Ababa: 620 birr, by courier or bus parcel. We message you to arrange it and send you the tracking details.

In the USA
In-stock pieces ship from our partner in the USA and arrive in 2-5 business days. Shipping: $12, free on orders over $150.
Made-to-order and custom pieces are made in Bahir Dar and ship as soon as they are ready, usually 4-6 weeks after you order. You get a tracking number the day it leaves. Shipping: $12, free on orders over $150.

If your basket mixes in-stock and made-to-order pieces, the in-stock pieces ship first and the rest follow when ready, at no extra cost.
Europe and elsewhere
Tracked shipping from Addis Ababa to the EU, the UK, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland: $35, free on orders over $250. In-stock pieces arrive in about 5-10 business days; made-to-order pieces ship as soon as they are finished. Prices are in US dollars, paid by card. Your country charges import VAT (and sometimes a small handling fee) on delivery; we cannot pay it for you, so please allow for it. Anywhere else: message us and we will tell you what is possible.
Returns
In-stock pieces: you can return them within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Message us first and we will tell you where to send it. Refunds go back to the way you paid, within 10 days of us receiving the piece. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the piece arrived damaged or not as ordered.
Wrong size? Within the same 14 days we can exchange an in-stock piece for another size, if we have it.
Made-to-order and custom pieces are made for you alone, so we can only accept them back if they arrive damaged or not as ordered. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo. We will repair it, remake it or refund you.
