Handmade, so no two are identical
Every piece is crocheted by hand. Small differences from the photos in shade, stitch or length are part of that, not a fault. Colours can also look different from one screen to another.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars for delivery to the USA and Europe, and in Ethiopian birr for delivery in Ethiopia. You pay in full when you order, unless we have agreed a quote for a custom piece.
No surprise charges in the USA
Pieces made in Ethiopia may be charged US import duties. We pay them: the price and shipping you see at checkout are all you pay.
Import taxes in Europe
Every European country charges import VAT on parcels from outside it, and carriers sometimes add a small handling fee. These are charged by your country when the parcel arrives and paid by you; we cannot pay them for you. A parcel refused because of them can only be refunded after it is returned to us.
Made-to-order times
The time shown on each piece is our honest estimate. If your piece is going to be late, we tell you as soon as we know, and you can then choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Cancelling
You can cancel a made-to-order or custom piece for a full refund within 48 hours of ordering. After that, work on it has started and it can no longer be cancelled. In-stock pieces can be cancelled until they ship.

Questions or problems
If anything is wrong with your order, message us through the contact page with your order number and a photo. A real person reads every message.
