About this piece
A wide open-mesh shawl that falls to a point at the front and back, with flecks of lighter and darker brown through the warm base. Long, loose fringe hangs from the sides and the hem, and a small crocheted flower sits at the chest.
Throw it over a plain dress or a habesha kemis for a coffee ceremony, or over a black top and trousers on a breezy afternoon.

One size, it drapes to fit most.
Crocheted by hand by Selamawit in Bahir Dar, stitch by stitch, after you order. Choose your size, or Custom and send her your measurements; for other colours choose Custom colours and tell her in the wishes box.

Soft acrylic yarn
Care
Hand wash in cold water with a mild soap. Press the water out gently, never wring. Dry flat in the shade and reshape while damp. Do not hang, tumble dry or iron.
